The HAST course comprises of e-learning and physical training. While the e-learning is offered entirely on online platform, the physical courses will be delivered face-to-face. All candidates are required to complete the e-learning prior to the taught course.
The physical course has two variants that will be run on two consecutive days: interventional (i-HAST) on Day 1 and simulation (s-HAST) on Day 2. It is taught in a wide range of venues such as simulation centre, interventional suite and clinical ward. All our physical courses will consist of didactic lectures with a large amount of practical teaching.
