Dr Vijay Jeganath is a highly motivated and top-achieving professional with notable clinical, leadership, management and teaching experience combined with exceptional technical aptitude and top qualifications that have assisted him in becoming recognised in every organisation he has worked for. He has held key clinical and medical leadership roles as Clinical Director and Divisional Chair in top-of-the-class healthcare organisation in the NHS, UK resulting in a series of unprecedented successes.

Dr Jeganath earned his Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists(FRCA) and Fellowship of the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine(FFICM) in the UK, after graduating from India. He completed the MBA programme and has also achieved a Fellowship Award in Executive Leadership from the NHS Leadership Academy in London. He puts forward visionary leadership with a thorough understanding of service needs and optimal resource allocation. He makes patient-centric decisions as well as fosters robust relationships with internal and external partners from diverse backgrounds.

Dr Jeganath is driven by a passion for providing high quality patient care whilst delivering clinical cost-effectiveness. He has obtained Certification in Managerial Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to equip himself to meet the financial challenges that face the healthcare systems.

Dr Jeganath is a strong advocate of AI-driven technology in healthcare. Further to his AI Certification from Taipei University in Taiwan and Saïd Business School of Oxford University, Dr Jeganath has received hands-on orientation to basic and intermediate features of the DataRobot Platform for data scientists, with an in-depth exploration of best practices in machine learning.

Dr Jeganath holds Certificate in Higher Education Pedagogy from Harvard Bok Centre (USA) and Diploma in Medical Education from Keele University (UK). He was instrumental in implementing the Cardiac Surgery Advanced Life Support Course (CALS), a standardised resuscitation protocol in cardiac surgical units across India. He is currently involved in several e-learning projects to promote healthcare education in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Dr Jeganath has won several accolades locally and internationally for his clinical, leadership and academic achievements. Dr Jeganath was conferred the Top 50 Healthcare Leaders Award at the Smart Health Event held in Dubai and the Top 100 Healthcare Leaders Award at the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare (IFAH) held in Las Vegas, USA. In recognition of his valuable contribution to medical education, he has been bestowed with the Top 100 Leaders in Education Award by the Global Forum for Education and Learning (GFEL) in Dubai.

Standing by his motto “Saving Lives Through Excellence”, Dr Jeganath leads on projects that promote clinical excellence through life long learning and evidence-based practice.
